We excavated the foundations, then over sited the playroom with 100mm sub floor and the garage side has 100mm of kingspan and 150mm of pinnacle RC40 with structural steel fibers and poly fibers for shrinkage. Finished off with a glass power float finish thanks to Ross at Tubbs Payload Ltd!
